Shipping policy
Many of our puzzles can be sent anywhere in the world. When you place the order, it ships immediately. Other puzzles we carry ship within the United States only. If you have a particular puzzle in mind that does not ship outside the U.S., take a closer look around. Most likely we have a different version of the same motif that ships to countries outside the United States Take a look at the country of origin on any given product. This is always labeled on the product details page.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours, please contact our customer support.
Delivery Failure
Delivery may fail if:
- The shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete
- The recipient is unavailable
- The package is not collected from the carrier or pickup point within the allotted time
If the package is returned to sender, it will be sent back to our warehouse in Australia.
Reshipment
- Reshipment is free if the delivery failure is due to the carrier
- If the failure is due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, reshipping fees may apply
- Any applicable fees will always be clearly communicated in advance, with no hidden charges
Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to high shipping volumes, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or logistical issues.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after shipment, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier. We assist customers until the issue is resolved.
Shipping from Indiana location, United States
Orders will ship from Indiana via FedEx 2 Day within 4 business days. We can only ship these orders to customers within the U.S..
Shipping from Missouri, United States
Our puzzles ship from Missouri, USA, within 1 business day.
Czech Republic
Our Czech puzzles ship via DHL Express immediately. Worldwide shipping is available.
