Return Policy
We do not accept returns. If your product arrives defective or damaged in any way, we will send you a replacement at no cost.

Why we don’t accept returns:

  • Products returned rarely arrive in sellable condition.
  • Processing returns adds significant delays and effort for both you and us, and doesn’t improve the outcome.
  • Instead of putting you through a long return process, we focus on fast, hassle‑free replacements whenever an issue occurs.

This approach lets us keep prices fair, quality high, and service simple.  If you have a defective product, just send us a message on our contact form.  We will get a replacement sent to you.  Please include your order number, or something we can use to identify your order.
